Fine-tuning of your testresult via an authorised coach

When you have done a test and got your PersonProfile, then you can gain a lot, if you fine-tune your profile with an authorised coach. You do that via a one hour video meeting.

The fine-tuning is based on an extended version of your testresult – a so-called MultiProfile (6 pages). From this meeting your profile will show your testresult in the format CoreProfile, i.e. for your strengths (the primary factors) there will be a ranking

• corefactor – your strongest strength
• co-factor – your second strongest strength

In this way you will be more aware about what are well-suiting tasks in a job for you, so you enjoy it – be happy at work;-)
